"Pretty dress, just needed a little tweaking"
I ordered my dress from bridelily.com and it looked sorta close to the photos, which I was happy about. The fabric felt nice, but the waist and straps needed a bit of altering to fit right. It wasn’t a huge deal, just took some extra time before the event. Overall, I’m still happy with it.

"Refund took a little longer than I hoped"
I ordered a dress from Bridelily, but it just didn’t really work out for me, so I ended up asking for a refund. Customer service did reply, to be fair, but it took a few messages back and forth and some waiting before anything really started moving...
I did get my money back in the end, which I definitely appreciated. I just wish the whole refund process had been a bit quicker and more clear, because for a while I wasn’t totally sure what was happening. Not a bad experience exactly, just not the smoothest either.
"Exchange process dragged on"
I went through an exchange, and it ended up taking way longer than I expected. I kept trying to figure out the pattern in the updates and steps, but it all felt a bit inconsistent and confusing. It eventually got handled, but the process could definitely be clearer and faster.

I thought the design looked really close to the photos, and my sister even said it was prettier in person. The only small thing I noticed was a tiny difference in the lace, but it wasn’t a big deal.

I ordered two dresses in the exact same size, and one fit well while the other was noticeably tight. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it was confusing enough that I don’t really trust the sizing now. Kind of makes me hesitant to buy more without trying things on first.

"Really good quality dress"
I was surprised by how nice this dress feels. The fabric is soft and does not look cheap at all, and the stitching seems well done too. The fit was close to what I expected. I am happy with it.

"Easy enough to use"
I thought the site was, well, easy to get around overall. The filters definitely helped me narrow things down, which was nice. A few pages did load kind of slowly for me, so I wasn’t sure at first if it was going to be annoying, but I was still able to find dresses and the info I needed without too much trouble. Overall, it was a good experience.
"Fewer custom options than I expected"
I was a little disappointed with the customization options. Compared to what you usually see from other brands or what people seem to expect these days, it felt limited. It’s not terrible, but I definitely wish there were more choices.

"Nice photos, but I’m not totally convinced"
The dresses looked really online, which is what made me interested in the first place. But getting clear answers from them was harder than I expected. Replies took a while, and a couple of the responses felt kind of vague, like they hadn’t fully read what I asked. I ended up repeating the same question more than once. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely made me wonder a bit about the overall quality and attention to detail.

"I was a little nervous about ordering..."
I was a little nervous about ordering my dress online, mainly because I wasn’t totally clear on the delivery timing. The communication could’ve been better, and I did find myself getting annoyed trying to figure out if it would actually make it in time.
That said, bridelily.com did ship it when they said they would. The tracking updated properly, and the dress ended up arriving 2 days before my event, which was a huge relief.
The box was in good shape when it got here, and everything was fine inside. I wish the updates had been a bit clearer, but in the end there was no drama and I didn’t have to chase anyone down

Got a dress from bridelily. It looked nice online. In person, the fabric felt a bit thin. Not super soft either. The stitching was fine though. It still looked decent on. Not awful. Just expected better material for the price

I was a little nervous about ordering a dress online, but it turned out better than I expected. For the price, it’s really not bad at all. The fabric felt nicer than I thought it would, and the sizing was close too. I did have to get the waist taken in just a bit, but nothing major. Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but it wasn’t a huge deal... Overall, I’m happy with it and feel like I got what I paid for, maybe even a little more.

The dress showed up fine, but shipping took longer than I expected. Tracking barely updated, which was kind of annoying. Overall it was okay, just wish it got here sooner.

"Really happy with my dress"
I ordered my dress from Bridelily, i’m really happy with how it turned out. It looked close to what I was expecting, which was a relief.
The sizing was “pretty spot on” for what I picked, and the fabric actually felt nicer than I thought it would for the price. Shipping did take a little while, but it wasn’t anything too crazy.
I also had a question before it arrived, and customer service got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d “definitely buy again.”

"Tracking was easy to follow"
I ordered a dress and was a little nervous because I needed it by a certain date. The tracking link worked fine though, and it updated every few days so I could keep an eye on where it was.
It showed up around the time the tracking estimated, so no major complaints from me. I do wish the first update had come through a bit sooner though, did anyone else have that same delay at the start? Overall, I’m happy with my order...

"Fair and hassle-free return"
I had to return a dress because I ordered the wrong size, and I was a little nervous about how it would go. To be fair, the whole process was really straightforward.
